- The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a separate agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.
- Communication will be maintained through email, project management tools, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- You are responsible for providing all content and materials (text, images, videos, etc.) required for your marketing campaigns.
- Meetimtiaz.tech retains ownership of all intellectual property created specifically for the project. Ownership of pre-existing content remains with you.
- You grant Meetimtiaz.tech a non-exclusive license to use your content for the purposes of your marketing campaigns.
5. Fees & Payment
- Fees for services will be outlined in the separate project agreement.
- Payment terms will be established in the project agreement and may include upfront deposits or recurring payments.
- Late fees may be applied for overdue payments.
6. Reporting & Performance
- Meetimtiaz.tech will provide regular reports on the performance of your marketing campaigns.
- You acknowledge that SEO and other marketing strategies take time to produce results.
- Guaranteed results cannot be promised for SEO or other marketing services.
7. Term & Termination
- The term of service for each project will be defined in the project agreement.
- Either party may terminate the agreement for cause, with written notice.
- In the event of termination, outstanding invoices will be due immediately.
8. Disclaimer
- Meetimtiaz.tech provides services to the best of its ability, but does not guarantee specific results.
- The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Meetimtiaz.tech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or performance of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Meetimtiaz.tech will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Confidentiality
- Meetimtiaz.tech will maintain the confidentiality of your information.
- You agree to keep confidential any information you receive from Meetimtiaz.tech related to your project.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
12. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Meetimtiaz.tech with respect to your use of the Services.
